The dish

This is a Portuguese dish done with clams, olive oil, lots of garlic and coriander.

It is very simple and easy to do. It was invented by a Portuguese poet, and it is a work of art.

The feast

The feast was done in honors of the Jewish new year in Mona’s home with Natalia and Miri, good friends from Israel.

O prato

Este é um prato feito Português com amêijoas, azeite, muito alho e coentro.

É muito simples e fácil de fazer. Ela foi inventada por um poeta Português, e é uma obra de arte.

A festa

A festa foi realizada em honra do ano novo judaico na casa Mona com Natalia e Miri, amigos bons de Israel.

In Portugal there is a way for farm owners to offer some rooms in their farm houses as  Bed and Breakfast.

These places are usually very beautiful, authentic and full of real Portuguese decorations.

I love the details, and love to capture them.

Here is a photo done in a farm in the Alentejo region.
